Refund & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect items delivered
• Not as described on the product page

Non-Returnable Items

• Consumable materials (filaments, resins) once opened
• Custom or personalized 3D printed parts
• Software licenses and digital downloads
• Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order ID and photos of the issue
3. Our team will review and approve the return within 2 business days
4. Ship the item back in original packaging
5. Refund is processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, if the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
