Bolo 3D is not responsible for customer-approved design errors, incorrect measurements, or file issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping due to courier handling
  • Verified order issue caused by Bolo 3D
